PAUL B. BOUDREAU – PRESIDENT: Paul Boudreau has over thirty years of experience in the design, sales, service, installation, support and maintenance of land mobile communications systems. He specializes in the public safety, commercial, industrial and business markets. Paul has successfully provided extensive and effective communications solutions to a variety of clients from small businesses to large municipal entities. He has been instrumental in assisting many Massachusetts communities in their efforts to upgrade their public safety communications systems with state of the art solutions from many manufacturers. Paul was also crucial in the design and implementation of the first command center built for the Boston Marathon after the 2013 bombings.
CHRIS LAQUIDARA – CFO/CEO TOWER & NETWORKING DIVISION: Chris Laquidara has over twenty-five years of experience in the communications industry. He has managed the sales, service and customer relations for such customers as the Boston Marathon, the Department of Homeland Security, the Republican National Convention, the Democratic National Convention, First Night Boston, First Night New York and many other major organizations and corporations. He also assisted in the design and implementation of the first command center built for the Boston Marathon after the 2013 bombings. In addition to his role at ALL-COMM, Chris Laquidara is also the Director of Operations for the ALL-COMM Tower and Networking Division, President of DC Rentals, President of the National Events Management Group, and owner of Shelby Properties.
ROBERT SPENCER – DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS: Robert Spencer has over twenty years of experience in the design, service, installation and maintenance of land mobile radio equipment. He received his degree in Telecommunications in 1989 and was then accepted into the Navy’s Advanced Electronics Program. After 6 years in the Navy, Robert became involved in Public Safety Land Mobile Systems. Robs extensive experience and customer satisfactions skills lend well to his responsibilities as our Director of Operations.
WILLIAM (BILL) YEE – PROJECT MANAGER: Bill Yee has over 20 years of experience in the design, installation, support and service of communications systems. His focus and expertise has been on new technologies including Bi-Directional Amplifiers, Point-to-Point wireless solutions and large-scale communications systems. Bill has extensive experience in networking and IP connectivity and system support. He is a member of the FEMA MATF 1 as a communications specialist.
DELVIS JAVIER – TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR: Delvis Javier has over fifteen years of experience in the installation, programming and service of land mobile communications systems and vehicle warning lighting and sirens. He has extensive experience in public safety communications systems and is a Certified Senior Electronics Technician, R56 Certified Installer, Zetron MAX, FSAS, and Series 4000 Certified Technician, Tait Certified, Motorola MCC7500 Trained and fiber optic interface specialist.
BRENDON LYNCH – SERVICE MANAGER: Brendon Lynch has over fifteen years of experience in route management for service related industries, as well as extensive experience in the Telecommunications industry.
LAURIE PELLETIER – DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING: Laurie Pelletier has been the head of the accounting department for both ALL-COMM and DC Rentals for over ten years. She has over twenty-five years of experience in her field.
AMANDA PELLETIER – DIRECTOR OF MARKETING: Amanda Pelletier has been with ALL-COMM and DC Rentals for almost two years and manages all printed and digital marketing material, as well as corporate advertising.
