Inventory Control
We are looking for a detail-oriented person to assist with inventory control and work as our in-house liaison for active job tracking. Our ideal candidate will be familiar with warehouse organization, keeping track of inventory and job status, assist project managers with billing and the staging of equipment for active jobs.
Responsibilities:
Truck stock upkeep
Parts inventory for Purchasing
Warehouse organization
Work with the Billing Coordinator on job status
Parts room distribution and Job assignments
Staging room stock updates
Staging of equipment for active jobs
Work with the salesman and with Admin/Purchasing for initial job set up, update items as needed and as the job begins
Work with Project manager and billing to push along lagging jobs and insure completion in timely manner
