Two-Way Radio Programmer
Utilizes manufacturer specific and industry standard software applications to customize radio communication equipment according to individual system requirements.
Radio Programmer Major Responsibilities:
Reports to the Service Manager
Maintain radio programming facilities keeping track of software and hardware used therein.
Maintain company software application updates and revisions.
Archive customer specific Codeplug data.
Work directly with customer base and company employees to develop customized programming schemes.
Upgrade and modify licensed based application and device feature sets of communication equipment.
Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of product base and industry standards.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Radio Programmer Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency with Excel, Word, Windows Operating Systems and ability to become proficient with industry specific software applications.
Download, install and upgrade software applications.
Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to support technical customer requirements and interface directly with the client to ensure a satisfactory customer experience.
Have high level of attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Have working knowledge of computer hardware and software.
ALL-COMM Technologies, Inc. is currently looking for an experienced Account Manager to specialize in commercial and industrial accounts. Daily tasks would include:
Maintaining existing accounts in the commercial and industrial sectors
Seeking out and developing new business
Timely generation of quotes for customers
Completion of all necessary paperwork
At least 5 years of experience as an Account Manager or comparable role required
At least 2 years of experience working directly with industrial and commercial businesses
Previous experience in the Communications industry required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
ALL-COMM Technologies, Inc. is looking for an experienced Account Manager to handle our public safety accounts. Main responsibilities would include:
Maintaining existing public safety accounts
Developing new business in the public safety sector
Serve as the customer’s main point of contact
Handle customer complaints and other issues that may arise
At least 7 years of previous experience as an Account Manager
Previous experience working in or closely with public safety required
A candidate with a background in sales is strongly preferred
Strong communication skills
